So for the OP, they need to check the headers of the email coming in to see what it is triggering it being kicked into touch. I would interpret what you posted as the sender has SPF records I'm still learning my way around how it works, so my interpretation of that output could be inaccurate though.OK so it is checking and weighting accordingly and at 5 it kicks it into touch So, it checks SPF, but the default ruleset appears to give it zero weighting.
